  • Exchanges- Must be made within 30 days of purchase. Follow the link for an exchange, you will not be charged for shipping. 
  • Returns- Must be made within 30 days of purchase. They must be unworn and unwashed with tags. A shipping charge of $3.00 will be deducted from your refund for a return.   
  • Defects- If you experience a defect or are unhappy with the quality of a dress at any point, please email pictures to customercare@nestingolive.com and we will make sure you are taken care of.
